Makes 1 cocktail

1 1/2 oz pear nectar
2 oz blanco tequila
3/4oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz agave syrup
1 dash andgostura bitters
candied ginger, cut into thin slices
1/2 tsp flaky sea salt, for rimming the glass
Pour the salt onto a small plate and prep a rocks glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge of the glass. Dip the glass rim in the salt until the rim is well coated.
Combine the pear juice, tequila, lime juice, agave, and ginger into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Fine strain into your salted rim glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a cocktail shewer of candied ginger. Enjoy!
