Makes 1 bowl
-6oz can spam or 1/2 regular sized can
-1 pack ramen (jin ramen works)
-1 stalk green onion, chopped
-3 cups water
*Vegan note: Use a vegan-friendly ramen like Nongshim Soon veggie ramen and vegan spam or tofu spam
Prep you ingredients. Slice your ham/spam thinly (about .7cm). Take your sausage and cut sliced on them. Chopped your green onions.
In a pan with 1 tsp of oil, pan fry your spam until brown on both size, take out of the pan. Follow by pan frying the sausage until brown. Set both aside. In the same pot, fry your egg to the consistency you prefer.
Bring a pot with the water to boil. Add your ramen flavor packet and the sausage and spam. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes. To this, you will add the ramen, spring onions, and finish cooking for 6-7 minutes.
Once ready to serve, use a bowl and first remove the ramen. Plate it at the center and add your sausage to one side, spam to the other. Before you broth, dip your egg into the pot and let it capture the juice in it. Plate your egg and add the broth and serve with rice and enjoy!
