Haegeum Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 oz chilled red wine

  • 1oz brandy

  • 2oz fresh squeezed blood orange juice*

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • blood orange soda


Directions

  1. Combine brandy and sugar in the bottom of a large wine glass and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

  2. Add wine and juice to the glass and stir to combine.

  3. Add ice and top with blood orange soda.

  4. Garnish with a blood orange wheel.


*Note: If fresh blood orange is not available, use orange juice with a splash of pomegranate juice.
