Golbaengi Somyeon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of Golbaengi (sea snail)

  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced

  • 1 cup/100 g Somyeon noodles

  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped

Directions:

  1. Julienne the onion and soak it in COLD water to get rid of the spiciness. Chopped the green onion and set them aside. Cut the cucumber diagonally into thin slices. Cut those slices in half and discard the inner parts (seeds) of the cucumber.

  2. Open the can of golbaengi, drain them, and cut them into bite size pieces. Set aside.

  3. Cook the pasta according to the package. Drain the noodles. Rinse them with cold water. Set aside.

  4. In a bowl large enough mix the vegetables and golbaengi with the bibimjjang sauce as Hoseok did. Taste and adjust the amount of sauce you desire.

  5. Serve next to the rice or over and enjoy!
