-6oz (177ml) milk (plant-based milk)
-2 shots strong espresso
Prepare a fresh double-shot of any brand of strong espresso.
Steam the milk, leaving out about 3 tbsp (45ml) to froth. In a small cup, froth the milk until you get a micro-foam.
Slowly pour the milk into the espresso for a uniform consistency. Top with a milk foam and enjoy!
