Dynaburger

Prep: 6 mins

Cook Time: 20 mins

INGREDIENTS

Dynamite Sauce

  • 1 lb ground beef (or burger patties, veggie 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise burgers, Beyond Meats patties)

  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

  • white hamburger buns

  • 5 tbsp Siracha

  • melted butter

Sauce

  • salt & black pepper

  • 1 tsp Honey

  • Pickle slices

  • Small white onion, sliced

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce

  • sliced tomatoes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Shape the ground beef into thin patties. Cover the patty with wax paper and freeze it.

  2. In a small bowl mix all ingredients of your dynamite sauce and set it aside in the fridge.

  3. You can toast your buns and add some butter on the top of each bun and set them aside.

  4. Grill the beef patty in a skillet, and lightly sprinkle it with salt and pepper.

  5. Cook the beef for 3 to 4 minutes per side until you've reached your desired doneness. (For well-done, cook for 4-5 mins on each side)

  6. As the patty cooks, build the burger by thinly spreading the dynamite sauce on both the top and bottom sides of your burger.

  7. Arrange the pickles, then the onions and the lettuce on the top side. Stack the tomato slices on the lettuce.

  8. When the beef is ready, add the cheese and let it melt a bit, then stack it on the bottom bun and top off the sandwich with the top bun, careful not to spill the condiments. Enjoy!
