Confetti Chamagne

Prep time: 5 min

Total time: 10 min

Makes 6 servings

  • 1 lime wedge

  • 1/3 cup assorted pop rocks

  • 6oz vanilla vodka

  • 1 bottle champagne or prosecco

  • 1 (20oz) bottle sprite

  1. Place all the pop rocks on a small, shallow plate and mix together with a fork. Wet the rim of each glass with the lime wedge, then dip in pop rocks. Repeat until all of the rims are coated.

  2. Add one ounce of vodka to each glass. Divide the champagne evenly between the glasses (about 1/2 cup per glass), then top with some sprite. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Note: sometimes the lime won't stick the pop rocks to the rim - if that is the case for you, try honey or agave nectar instead.
