Cinnamon Honey Crush

  • 1 cup crushed ice

  • 2oz honey whiskey*

  • 2oz cinnamon simple syrup

  • 1 tsp honey, slightly warmed*

  • 1 cinnamon stick

For the cinnamon simple syrup:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • 3 cinnamon sticks

*Vegan: These can be substituted with vegan alternatives.


  1. Add crushed ice to a glass and pour whiskey and simple syrup over ice. Drizzle honey over the drink and add a cinnamon stick for garnish. To make your own honey whiskey, add equal parts warmed honey and whiskey to a glass and stir until combined. Enjoy!

Cinnamon simple syrup:

  1. Combine water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, simmering for about 1 minute. Remove from the heat and let the cinnamon steep for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Remove the cinnamon sticks and pour into a glass jar. Simple syrup can refrigerate for about 1 month.
