Makes 2-3 cups
2oz (5g) chrysanthemum tea
2-3 cups water
1-3 tbsp honey
Place loose-leaf tea into a tea bag or a tea strainer. Add 1-3 tbsp of honey to suit your preferred sweetness.
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Pour over the tea and let seep for 3-5 minutes.
Pour into a mug and enjoy! This can also be drank cold over ice.
