Chrysanthemum Tea

Steep time: 3-5 min

Makes 2-3 cups


  • 2oz (5g) chrysanthemum tea

  • 2-3 cups water

  • 1-3 tbsp honey


  1. Place loose-leaf tea into a tea bag or a tea strainer. Add 1-3 tbsp of honey to suit your preferred sweetness.

  2. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Pour over the tea and let seep for 3-5 minutes.

  3. Pour into a mug and enjoy! This can also be drank cold over ice.
