Chaos Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1.5oz white rum

• 3/4 oz orange liqueur

• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

• 1/2 oz simple syrup

• 2 dashes of bitters

• 1 tsp activated charcoal

• pinch of black luster dust

*Ice requires a mold that can easily be found online and in stores. To make this one we also added luster dust to the water before freezing.

Directions:

1. Gently place ice sphere in a martini glass and set aside.

2. Add the rum, orange liqueur, bitters, charcoal, edible luster dust, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

3. Strain over ice sphere in the martini glass.
