1.5oz white rum
3/4 oz orange liqueur
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 dashes of bitters
1 tsp activated charcoal
pinch of black luster dust
*Ice requires a mold that can easily be found online and in stores. To make this one we also added luster dust to the water before freezing.
Gently place ice sphere in a martini glass and set aside.
Add the rum, orange liqueur, bitters, charcoal, edible luster dust, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain over ice sphere in the martini glass.
