Butterbeer

Makes 3-4 cups


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream

  • 2 cups cream soda ice cubes

  • 2 tsp butter extract

  • 4 tbsp butterscotch syrup, plus extra for garnish

  • 1 cup cream soda

  • whipped cream, for topping

Tip: you can add 1-2 shots of rum per cup to make it alcoholic, if desired

Directions:

  1. Freeze the cream soda in ice cube trays.

  2. Put all of the ice cream, butter extract, 4 tbsp butterscotch syrup, 1 cup cream soda, and the cream soda cubes into a blender and whip it until smooth.

  3. Pour the butterbeer into a frozen glass and top it with whipped cream and butterscotch syrup. Enjoy!
