10oz strong tea
1 tbsp MCT oil OR coconut oil
1 tbsp canned coconut milk OR butter OR ghee
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
add nutmeg or hazelnut as a topping or for flavoring
can be cold
Make a cup of tea.
Place all ingredients into a big mug.
Blend with a milk frother or you can blend together in a blender.
Pour the butter tea into a mug and add in any add-ins you choose. Enjoy!
