8oz fresh brewed coffee
1 tbsp butter (or vegan butter)
1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
Add instant coffee crystals to a coffee mug. Add water, stir, and follow the rest of the steps.
In a mug, add hot brew coffee, and 1 tbsp coconut oil to make "butter coffee"
Choose ghee, a type of clarified butter lower in lactose, if you don't eat regular butter.
Add cinnamon, nutmeg, or hazelnut as a topping or for flavor.
Chocolate syrup or whip cream works well as a topping.
Make a cup of coffee your favorite way.
Pour your brewed coffee into your blender and add the butter and coconut oil. Blend for about 10 seconds. You'll see it instantly become light and creamy.
Pour the butter coffee into a mug and enjoy!
Add in any other ingredients you like for a variation!
