Blueberry syrup
Ingredients:
-2 cups fresh or frozen(not thawed) blueberries
-1/4 cup honey
-1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
-2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
-Stir all ingredients into a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and maintain a simmer, stirring occasionally until thickened, for about 15 minutes. Let cool in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes or until ready to use. Enjoy!
