Blood, Sweat & Tears Mary
1.5-2oz gochugaru-infused vodka (recipe available on site)
4oz tomato juice
1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
pinch of black pepper
pinch of celery salt
celery salt & kimchi, for garnish (optional)
Combine your vodka, juice, soy, fish sauce, pepper and a squeeze of lime and celery salt in a glass with no ice.
Stir ingredients until well combined and set aside.
Sprinkle a thin layer of celery salt on a plate. Rim your serving glass with the used lime wedge and dip in the celery salt. Fill your glass with ice.
Pour your cocktail into your prepared glass and garnish with a skewer of kimchi.
Need a bit more sweat or tears? Add gochujang and/or wasabi paste for an extra kick! Pair well with cold, crisp lager. Enjoy!
