1 lb frozen blackberries
1/4 cup honey
In the bowl of a food processor or high-speed blender, blend the blackberries and honey until thoroughly combined. Pour into a rectangular loaf pan and smooth into an even layer.
Transfer into the loaf pan and layering evenly on top of your other preferred bora-bora flavors or on its own and freeze. (Note: use a fork or chopsticks from the top to bottom to create a ribbon effect if using other flavors with it).
Freeze for 5-7 hours or until it's firm enough to scoop. Enjoy!
