A Cup of Tae


  • 6oz peach green tea

  • 10oz elderflower liqueur

  • thin slice of fresh ginger

  • thin slice of fresh lemon


  1. In a tea cup or mug, steep one peach green tea bag in hot water, for 3-6 minutes

  2. Remove bag, add liqueur, and stir.

  3. Add ginger and lemon, for garnish

  4. To up the ABV, add 10oz classic or peach brandy. To make N/A, use elderflower syrup or tonic.

  5. Enjoy!!
