1 Asian pear
1 tbsp honey
1/2 oz lemon juice
12 oz Wheat beer
*Nonalcoholic version: you can use ginger beer or ginger ale, if desired.
Peel, core, and dice pear.
Drop pear into a blender with honey and lemon and blend until liquified.
Fine strain through a cheese cloth to remove the pulp.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
When ready to serve, pour juice mixture into your serving glass and top with cold beer. Garnish with a slice of lemon or a pear wedge. Enjoy!
