Tangerine Scotch sour

-2oz blended scotch whiskey

-1oz fresh squeezed tangerine (about 3)

-3/4oz simple syrup

-2 dashes orange bitters


  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice until well blended and chilled.

  2. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with tangerine peel. Enjoy!
