Tahini Pudding (raw/vegan)

Ingredients:

  • 3 large bananas, ripe

  • 4 tbsp. tahini (sesame paste)

  • 3 tbsp. almond milk

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. psyllium flakes

  • 1 tbsp. agave syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:

  1. Peel the bananas and put them into a mixing bowl and puree. Add all remaining ingredients into the banana puree and mix until evenly combined. Pour into a serving bowl and decorate with a bit of cinnamon or nutmeg. Yum!!
