Prep time: 5 minutes Serves 3-4 people
Ingredients:
-3 large bananas, ripe
-4 tbsp. tahini (sesame paste)
-3 tbsp. almond milk
-1 1/2 tbsp. psyllium flakes
-1 tbsp. agave syrup
-1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and put them into a mixing bowl and puree. Add all remaining ingredients into the banana puree and mix until evenly combined. Pour into a serving bowl and decorate with a bit of cinnamon or nutmeg. Yum!!
