Korean honey garlic butter

prep time: 5 minutes

cook time: 5 minutes


-1/2 stick unsalted butter

-6 cloves garlic, minced

-1 tbsp brown sugar

-1 tbsp soy sauce

-4 tsp honey


-Add the butter to a pan over medium high heat. Once melted, add the garlic and stir until fragrant (dont let the garlic brown). Add the soy sauce, sugar, honey and stir for about 30 seconds until the sugar is dissolved. Taste and remove from the heat. Serve and enjoy!
